Minnesota’s Transportation Conference, the largest transportation event in the state, explores the latest transportation innovations and provides attendees with the chance to network with other professionals.
The 2017 conference was held March 1–2 in St. Paul. The event focused on going beyond the usual road, featuring more than 30 sessions on innovative and emerging topics and trends and drawing more than 1,100 attendees.
The 2018 conference will be held February 27–March 1 at the Verizon Wireless Center in Mankato. More information will be added as it becomes available.
Who Should Attend
Individuals from multiple transportation-related disciplines and organizations are encouraged to attend, including:
- Project managers, operations personnel, designers, and planners from federal, regional, state, and local transportation agencies that specialize in rail, waterways, airports, highways, transit, bicycles, safety, labor, and bridges
- Consultants, contractors, and vendors from both large and small organizations
- Faculty, staff, and students from research and educational institutions
- Representatives from nonprofit and advocacy organizations
- Shippers, carriers, and other organizations involved in transportation logistics
- Policymakers from federal, state, regional, and local government
Those who attended the 2017 conference are eligible for up to 10 Professional Development Hours (PDHs) and 14.75 American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) continuing maintenance credits.
